Professional Title LLC formerly known as Bonifay Abstract and Title Company, Inc. is a full service, well established title agency underwritten by Chicago Title Insurance Company that has been serving the Panhandle area for over 30 years. Our In-House Research Department is equipped with the latest technology and highly trained professional and courteous staff to handle any and all of your settlement, title insurance, search and conveyancing needs. In addition to direct access to the local courthouses our staff are proficient in legal description plotting and map reading. Our desire is timely accurate information to help in securing your investments.

Our office is located in Bonifay, Florida, although we will travel to accommodate your needs. We insure both residential and commercial properties, from real estate purchases, home equity loans to refinances.

That you, the consumer, have a choice? Your Realtor or lender may recommend a company or offer to place your title insurance application for you, but you may wish to choose your own company. Since title rates are filed with the state, you will find very little variation in cost. You want to base your choice on the company’s level of service and location.
